Yep. The only thing you'll need to do as the owner is apply for a construction permit. Because we work in several areas, it's much easier (and cheaper) if you apply for the initial construction permit, but we'll handle the subsequent permits for plumbing, electrical, etc. After that, just sit back and watch us work. We build linked log style cabins made of northern spruce, known for it's hardiness and weather resistance. All the pieces arrive on site precut, which means when we show up to build, things go fast. It also means we can build where the pre-fab guys can't, since we can carry the wood in a piece at a time if necessary.

We use Australian timber oil for outdoor finishing because it protects the wood and it's really easy to reapply when it's time for another coat in a few years. No sanding required! That means you'll save time and money down the road.

Yes we can! We can build on a slope at the end of goat trail or an inaccessible mountain peak. We will have to charge you for the helicopter. We can build on boat docks or just about anywhere else. If the shed house guys said they can't get there, call us. We can.
